The graduation concert leaves a strong impression on my mind. I studied Music in junior high school. Every semester we would hold a concert outside the school. Sometimes I played the piano or flute; maybe I played a solo or an instrumental ensemble. Every time we could learn lots of things from it.
Before we graduated, we held a large-scale concert after school, called graduation concert. In this time we all showed our best. Everybody would play a solo, so did I. I played a xylophone. Totally, we had two concerts in one day. Before we had the rehearsal, my mom took me to the beauty salon to have my hair done. Besides, my mom also brought me a dress. As a result, I looked gorgeous!
We looked forward to our graduation concert and had been making preparations for a long time. We helped each other to get up to the highest point. At the first concert, I was an accompaniment. I was not a leading role. When we finished the first concert, we were joyful for its success. Now it was my turn in the second concert. I felt that I was on edge. When I got on stage, the spotlight lightened me as a superstar. I was fascinated. It was my show time. I had to do my beat. When I finished my music of xylophone, the deafening applause appeared. At that moment, I relaxed and bowed for thanks.
After all the performances came to an end, we cried for this touching moment. It was my first time to perform by myself. I learned how to start, how to consult with someone else, without a quarrel. Cooperation is the most important thing in the whole concerts. We all grew mature though this event. Until now, I vividly remembered the touching moment at that time.
